  Offers a helpline to answer your questions regarding hepatitis C: 1-800-522-4372.
• HIV/AIDS/Hepatitis C Nightline: Hotline providing support for people with HIV or hepatitis C and their caregivers during the evening and nightime hours. Call 800-273-AIDS or 415-434-AIDS, 5 pm - 5 am Pacific time. Also offers Spanish-language hotline at: 800-303-SIDA or 415-989-5212.
• National Immunization Information Hotline
  CDC specialists provide up-to-date immunization information, including vaccine schedules, side effects, contraindications, recommendations, and more. English and Spanish: 1 800 232 4636; TTY: 1 888 232 6348. TTY Service: 10 am - 10 pm, eastern time.

  FDA adverse event reporting system for drugs, biologics, medical and radiation-emitting devices, and special nutritional products. Can contact via phone (1 800 FDA 1088), email, or fax.
• PEPline
  The National Clinicians' Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Hotline: 1 888 HIV 4911 (1 888 448 4911). For physicians and health care workers needing PEP case consultation related to exposure to HIV, viral hepatitis, and other blood-borne pathogens. Web site includes guidelines, PEP FAQs, and other publications.
• Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System
  (VAERS) Vaccine surveillance program of the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. Call 1 800 822 7967 to obtain VAERS form or assistance from staff in filling out the VAERS form.
